Custom Trip Planning Fees2023-02-11T05:16:45+03:00

In recognition of the additional time required to customize an itinerary to meet your specifications, Timeless Travel may charge a Custom Tour Planning Fee. This fee, payable at the end of the Initial Consultation, is non-refundable and will be applied to the final balance of the trip. This fee allows for 10 hours of the Tour Planner’s time. For longer, more complex trips, or subsequent changes made to the preliminary itinerary at the traveler’s request, an additional Custom Tour Planning Fee may be charged separately from the final balance of the trip.
